QI GUNG TRAINING. Training is offered in DA MO'S qi gung tradition. These three sets come thru the GAO FAMILY lineage and Wah Sao Toi temple.

LEVEL ONE

Level one Consists of the Following:
INTRO- what is qi gung?
1-Foundation theory.
2-Fundamentals- The Five regulations. The Energetic body. 
3-THE SHR BA LOHAN SHOU The 18 hands of the lohan. Taught in six segments.
4-Standing Training.
​This is a softer more yin style qi gung and is the best set for feeling qi flows!

This class is 30 hours long and starts every six months. Class is online and lectures / demos are available 24 hours a day. All material is posted in a google classroom.
Class is 5 months in duration.

LEVEL TWO

Level two consists of the following:
1-Intro- what is the MUSCLE TENDON CHANGE?
2-Foundation theory.
3-TIGER ROLLS OVER.
4-TENDON EXERCISES- projection and beating
5-"DIB GWAT GUNG" rib bone power.
6-The Muscle Tendon change taught in Three parts. 
This class is taught once a year. It is 5 months in length ( 30 hours total) material is posted in a google classroom.
